    3/4 cup egg whites (I used Egg Beaters liquid egg whites)
    1/2 cup Spinach (chopped)
    1/4 cup Cottage cheese
    3 TBSP Salsa


you could add more salsa just account for those calories.


spray skillet with cooking spray and heat on medium heat

Mix egg whites, spinach, cottage cheese in bowl.

Pour on skillet and cook til eggs are done (about 5 mins) stir as needed

top with salsa.

Serving Size: makes 1 scramble
