    2 large carrots, sliced
    1 medium onion, diced
    3 garlic cloves, minced
    1 medium or large yellow summer squash, diced
    1 medium Zucchini, diced
    .5 head of cabbage, diced
    1-2 sprays of Pam
    6 cups of chicken or vegetable broth


I enjoy adding italian seasoning and a little cayenne pepper for a kick. Sometimes I add the cayenne to my personal bowl. I make this on Sunday, and eat on it all week for lunch.


Spray your Pam into a large pot over a med-high heat. Add in your carrots, onions and garlic to saut´┐Ż until soft. Add in your broth, and then your cabbage. Bring to a boil, and then simmer for 15 minutes. Add in the squash for the last 5 minutes and cook until desired texture is achieved.
