    1/4 cup Kidney Beans
    1/4 cup garbanzo beans
    1/3 cup tomato paste
    1/3 cup soy crumbles
    1/4 cup pure pumpkin
    2 TBSP diced onion

    Seasoning and water to taste and consitancy.


Cook onion until translucent.

Add the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.

Simmer and add seasoning and water to your preference.
