    12 fresh eggs
    6 heaping tablespoons of cottage cheese
    6 tablespoons of nutritional yeast
    salt to taste
    additional seasonings to taste like dried onion or fiery 5 pepper blend


mix with a whisk or hand mixer for a smooth texture


preheat oven to 350
lightly spray a muffin pan with baking spray then fill cups 3/4 full
bake for 12-13 minutes
