    Spaghetti, 1lb
    Carrots, 3-4 julienned,
    Scallions, raw, .33 cup, sliced
    Oregano and Basil, 1 tsp each
    Olive Oil, 6 tbsp
    Garlic, 4 tsp
    Beef broth
    Corn Starch,
    Beef, top sirloin, .66 lb
    John Soules Beef Fajitas, Full bag


Mix oil, onion, basil, oregano, and garlic in a shallow dish.
Thinly slice meat and toss with oil mixture.
Heat water for pasta to a boil while heating saute pan.
Add pasta to water and put oil/meat mixture into hot saute pan.
Remove meat after about 3 minutes then remove and add corn starch and broth to pan. Bring to a boil and stir for 1 minute.
Add meat and carrots back to pan and cook 5 minutes.
Drain pasta and add toss with mixture in pan.
Serve immediately.
