    10 cooked shrimp
    1 c. cooked angel hair pasta
    16 asparagus spears (fresh or frozen - frozen should be thawed, drained) chopped into 1" pieces
    1 c. fresh spinach leaves
    2 tbsp. olive oil
    1 pat butter (opt)
    .5 tsp minced garlic
    2 tbsp chopped onion


cook pasta. meanwhile saute onion in olive oil until soft. toss in minced garlic and asparagus pieces and saute for 5 minutes or until tender. drain pasta over shrimp to warm. Stir shrimp and pasta into pan with asparagus. Stir over low heat for a minute or two to warm the shrimp thoroughly. Add spinach and stir until wilted. Add 1 pat butter. Salt and pepper to taste.
