    Kale torn in pieces, evoo, salt, sesame seeds.


Even burnt looking pieces taste good!


place torn kale pieces in a bowl, add extra virgin olive oil and salt. With your fingers toss kale until every piece is covered in oil. Place in rimmed baking sheet, keeping pieces separate. sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake in 350 degree oven or until crisp.
