Introduction

Good for you oatmeal that taste good! Good for you oatmeal that taste good!
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    3 1/2 cup water
    pinch of salt
    2 cups of old fashion oatmeal, dry
    4 oz skim milk
    4 small ripe bananas

Tips

If you like you can add some nuts to garnish your oatmeal and enjoy! Nuts are not added into recipes nutritional info.


Directions

Bring water and salt to a boil. Add oatmeal and cook for 5 mins., remove from heat let stand a few mins. This gives you time to mash your bananas! Add mashed bananas and milk and return to low heat and cook for about 4-5 mins.
