Low-sugar Crustless Pumpkin Pie

Pumpkin, canned, without salt, 1.75 cup (15 oz)
Almond milk, Unsweetened Vanilla, 10 oz
Egg, fresh, 2 large
Nutmeg, ground, 1 tsp
Ginger, ground, 1 tsp
Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
Stevia in the Raw, 3/4 cup
If you'd rather use real sugar, replace the 3/4 cup stevia with 3/4 cup granulated sugar. When using real sugar, you may need to increase cooking time so the pie will not be too moist.
A slice of 1/8 pie is about 120 cal with real sugar, or only 45 cal with Stevia.
Mix all ingredients well, adding extra spices to your taste.
Spray a 9" pie tin with Pam or other nonstick butter spray.
Pour mixture into pie tin and cook for about 45 min at 350 F, depending on oven and altitude.
