Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 pound of lean ground beef
    1 bag frozen mixed vegetables
    1 bag of shredded cheddar cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 cup of Ditali pasta
    salt and pepper to taste
    water

Directions

1) Brown ground beef. Pour off fat.

2) In a casserole dish, put in and mix up soup, water, pasta, beef, 1/2 of the cheese and spices.

3) Place into preheated oven for 60 minutes.

4) put remaining cheese on top and cook for another 10 minutes.
