    *Avacado, whole, medium 1 serving = 1 medium whole avacado, 1 serving (remove)
    Corn Tortillas, 12 tortilla, medium (approx 6" dia) (remove)
    Beans, black, 1.5 cup (remove)
    *Refried beans, ROSARITA, refried beans, traditional, 1.5 cup (remove)
    La Victoria Enchilada Sauce, 1 cup (remove)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 small (remove)


Saute tortillas in olive oil and then lay a couple on the bottom of a baking dish. Combine beans, onions and red sauce. Smooth a layer on the tortillas. Repeat until all tortillas are gone. Pour remaining red sauce (or extra red sauce) on top, cover with tomatoes, bell peppers, avacado and onions. Bake for approx 15-20mins at 350 degrees
