    4 tbsp. flour (coating)
    1lb cube steaks
    2 tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 tbsp. butter
    1 c. beef broth
    1/4 c. milk


Can be done with either beef eye round steaks or beef cube steaks


Melt butter in skillet. Coat meat in 4 Tbsp flour, salt and pepper. Brown the meat in the melted butter. Transfer meat to a baking dish.

In the same pan, stir in 2 Tbsp flour, beef broth, and milk. Stir until sauce boils. Pour over meat.

Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
