Ingredients

    Drain 2 8-oz jars of small oysters.
    1 cup chopped onions
    I cup chopped carrots
    1 cup chopped celery
    1 cup chopped potatoes
    6 cups whole milk
    4 Tablespoons I can't believe it's not butter
    White flour or cornstarch for thickening
    salt
    pepper
    Old Bay Seasoning

Directions

Melt butter replacement in non-stick skillet. Saute onions, carrots, celery, and potatoes till potatoes become tender. Add flour and stir to coat. Place vegetable mix to large stock pot. Add drained oysters and milk. Gradually bring to simmer, stirring occasionally. Add salt and pepper to taste. Can also add Old Bay Seasoning to taste.


Serving Size: Makes 6 1-1/2 cup servings
