Ingredients

    3 cups fresh spinach
    1 medium apple
    juice and zest of one lemon
    fresh grated ginger root (about 1 teaspoon)
    2 T. ground flax seed
    1 cup frozen blueberries
    1/2 scoop Jay Robb Egg White Protein Powder
    1 cup water
    2-4 ice cubes
    Stevia to taste

Tips

The flax seed and protein powder thicken quickly, so drink immediately (or blend it again before drinking).


Directions

Put all in a blender and blend it up. This smoothie keeps my teenage daughter satisfied until lunch.
