    5 10 oz pkgs frozen chopped spinach squeezed dry
    1/2 cup chopped onions
    2 oz reduced fat feta
    1/4 cup semolina or whole wheat flour
    1 1/2 cups egg whites
    1 tsp oregano
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp pepper
    1 Tbs coconut oil


Mix together all ingredients except coconut oil.
Use coconut oil to grease casserole dish.
Pour ingredients into casserole.
Bake at 350 degrees 30 to 45 minutes until set.
Serves 6
