Introduction

Ingredients

    1 lb lean ground turkey
    1 lb extra lean ground beef
    1 teaspoon garlic powder
    1 teaspoon onion powder
    1 tablespoon parsley
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon garlic pepper
    1 teaspoon oregano
    1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
    1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    70g Parmesan cheese
    800g steamed cauliflower (1 small)
    2 extra lrg eggs, beaten

Directions

Heat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients. Shape mixture into 45 1-1/2 inch meatballs. Place on a ungreased 9x13-inch rectangular baking pan. Bake uncovered 25 to 30 minutes or until thermometer inserted in center of meatballs reads 165░F (70░C).

In 2-quart (2 L) saucepan, place sauce and meatballs. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally; reduce heat. Cover and simmer about 15 minutes or until sauce and meatballs are hot.
