    *Bisquick Gluten Free Baking Mix, 0.214 cup
    *Italian Seasoning, 5th Season - 1 tsp, 1 serving
    *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 0.833 tbsp
    Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 0.25 cup
    Mushrooms, fresh, 39 grams
    Cherry Tomatoes, Fresh, 1 Tomato, 3 serving
    Go Veggie! Mozzarella Flavor Shreds, 28 gram(s)
    Tomato Sauce, 56 grams


You'll end up with a cracker crust.
If you don't spread the batter thin enough it'll taste a little more like biscuits in the middle. I just considered that like pizza crust.
You can add other veggies, I just like mushrooms and tomatoes.
You might also want to consider adding basil and oregano for more flavoring.


Mix Baking mix, seasoning, olive oil, egg beaters, and water (1 tablespoon) to make crust. Spread batter on a greased baking sheet thin enough for crust and bake at 400 for 15 minutes. Take out crust and then add the other ingredients. Bake for another 15 minutes.
