Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
    2 tsp Splenda
    2 tsp Baking Powder
    1/4 tsp Salt
    1 TBSP Cinnamon
    2/3 cup applesauce (we used Mussleman's Chunky applesauce, but unsweetened applesauce works, too)

Directions

Mix all ingredients together in small mixing bowl. Heat nonstick skillet. Coat lightly with canola oil using a paper towel. Measure out 1/3 cup batter onto hot skillet. When pancakes bubble, flip. Cook until golden brown. Top with applesauce or sugar free syrup. (Calories from syrup not included in nutrition info) Makes 8 pancakes.
