Ingredients

    1 cup warm potato water*
    4 tablespoons vegetable oil
    3 cups bread flour
    1 1/2 teaspoons salt
    3 tablespoons sugar
    1/4 cup mashed potatoes
    1 1/2 teaspoons dry yeast

Tips

* Cook potato in water; drain, reserving potato water for recipe. Mash the potato to use in recipe as well.


Directions

Place all ingredients into the bread machine in the order listed or as suggested by the manufacturer.

Use manual setting; remove dough when machine is done. Roll out on floured surface and cut into 12 rounds for hamburger buns. Put on greased sheet; let rise about 45 minutes and bake about 15 minutes at 400*.
