Number of Servings: 1


    1/2 cup Pineapple (crushed or tidbit)
    1/2 can Peaches (canned slices)
    1/4 cup Coconut Milk
    2 oz Coconut Water
    1 tsp Vanilla Flaovoring


Use smaller amounts of the canned peach liquid for a thicker smoothie.


Place all ingredients in a standard blender or in a large tall container and mix with an immersion blender until desired consistency.

Serving Size: 12 oz
