Ingredients

    Carrots, raw, 2 cup, chopped
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 2 clove
    Soup, bouillon cubes and granules, low sodium, dry, 4 teaspoon
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 0.5 tomato
    Cauliflower, raw, 1.5 cup
    Celery, raw, 0.5 cup, diced
    Water 4 Cups

Tips

I like to save the tops of celery that I use in other recipes, utilizing the tops in this soup an change up recipe depending on what you have handy in the crisper, but the carrots are what gives it the sweet taste. if low sodium diet may skip bullion.


Directions

boil all ingredients together about 15 minutes, blend in blender after removing tomato peel and add sea salt to taste.
