Ingredients

    3 boneless skinless chicken breasts, quartered
    1/2 cp salsa
    1/2 cp green salsa
    1/2 cp fat free ranch dressing
    1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
    1 cp white rice
    1/2 cp black beans

Directions

Mix salsas, ranch, and lemon juice. Brown chicken in skillet. Pour mixture over chicken and reduce to a simmer. Meanwhile place rice, beans and 2 cps water into rice cooker and cook. Simmer chicken 20 minutes, serve over the cooked rice and beans and top with cheddar.
