    3 C chopped cooked chicken breast meat
    3 C Shredded Mozzerella
    2 T Olive Oil


Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Rub olive oil over sheet pan.

Put chicken and cheese in food processor. Pulse until finely ground, not paste.

Press chicken mixture into pan. Top with Italian seasonings.

Bake for 20 minutes, until golden brown.
Top with favorite pizza toppings, bake for another 20 minutes.

Slice and serve!
