    2 breasts of chicken skinless
    1 cup of carrots diced
    1 cup of brocolli cut into small pieces
    1 packet of gravox cheese sauce mix
    1 cup of water


place chicken in pot of cold water, bring to the boil. Cook chicken for 15 minutes or until completely cooked.
once cooked shred chicken.
Make cheese sauce mix up as per instructions on packet.
In a fry pan place place chicken, vegetables and sauce mix, cook for 5 minutes until sauce thickenings.
once mixture is ready you can place it into your vol au vents or raminkin, top with cheese and cook in a moderate oven until cheese melts.
