    1 Cup flour
    1 1/4 tsp baking powder
    11/4 cup sugar
    3 egg whites
    1 tbsp oil
    1/4 - 1/2 cup apple sauce
    1 tsp vanilla
    1/2 cup milk


If you don't want to use apple sauce, increas oil to 3tbsp.


Combine all ingrediants and pour into cup cake tins.

Heat oven to 350 degrees and bake for about 20 minutes.
