    One package Jennie-O Extra Lean Ground Turkey (2.5 lbs)
    One Sleeve Ritz Crackers (crushed)
    One Egg
    .25 cup ketchup
    2 tsp Lea & Perrins
    2 Tbs Garlic Powder
    4 tsp creole seasoning

    For topping:
    .50 cup ketchip
    .25 cup brown sugar, not packed
    3 Tbs balsamic vinegar


to save calories, leave off the topping. However, my family thinks the topping is the best part!

For less sodium, substitute your favorite Mrs Dash seasoning for the creole seasoning.


Mix together first seven ingredients
Cover baking pan with foil
spray rack with non stick cooking spray and place in pan
form into long loaf (cooks more quickly if long and thinner)
Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for approximately 30 minutes.
Meanwhile mix remaining ingredients together for basting.
after first 30 minutes of cooking, baste every 10 minutes until done.
