    1 6" flour tortilla
    2 oz canned tuna
    1 tbsp mayonnaise
    1/2 c. fresh spinach leaves
    salt and pepper to taste


Mix mayonnaise, tuna, salt and pepper. Spread on tortilla. Top with spinach leaves. Roll tightly.
