    1lb ground turkey
    1.5 lbs lean ground beef
    4 Tbsp taco seasoning
    2 green peppers, diced
    2 small onions, diced
    2 cloves garlic (optional)


Add the onion and peppers to skillet and cook until softened and lightly browned around the edges, about 3 to 4 minutes. Add the ground meats and taco seasoning. Cook until browned, about 3 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, to break up the meat.
