Number of Servings: 6


    1 Cup great norther beans (dry)
    6 Cups water
    1 t. garlic salt
    2 t. chili powder
    9 oz chicken breast
    22 oz. Reduced sodium tomato juice


Season chicken breast with some of the garlic salt and chili powder. Bake in oven at 350 degrees until center is no longer pink. While chicken is baking, rinse beans and cook according to package directions, using garlic salt in place of the salt. When chicken is done, shred with a fork and set aside. Once beans have cooked according to package directions, add the tomato juice and chicken. Add remaining chili powder. Simmer for 30 mins. Serves 6 (approx 1 1/2 Cup servings)
