Ingredients

5 medium cucumbers, sliced
2 cups chopped red or orange or yellow bell peppers
1 small onion, sliced
1.5 c apple cider vingear
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
5 little packages Sweet n low
Tips
Use Mrs Dash's garlic n herb seasoning instead of salt, garlic, and pepper.
Add some fresh chopped cilantro for a fresh taste.
Directions
Mix onion, cucumber, and peppers in a large bowl that has a lid.
Whisk vinegar, seasonings, and sweet n low in a bowl. Pour over vegetables.
Put the lid on the bowl and shake. Refrigerate 3 hours, shaking every now and then to cover vegetables.
Serving Size: Makes 8 1 cup servings
