    *Philadelphia Fat Free Cream Cheese (find gluten free), 8 oz
    *Bob's Red Mill GF Rolled Oats 3 cups
    *Pumpkin, Libby's Canned Pure Pumpkin, 1 cup
    *Bob's Red Mill - Organic Whole Ground Flax Seed Meal, 4 tbsp
    *Carb Isopure - Creamy Vanilla, Perfect Zero, 3 scoops


Try thinning out the batter with almond milk or water- it makes THICK pancakes...but they are filling!


Preheat griddle to 325-350
Place all ingredients into food processor or blender
Puree into a batter (about 3 minutes on high)
scoop out with 1/4 cup and place on griddle
About 2 minutes on each side

Serving Size: makes 9 servings (2 -1/4 cup per serving)
