Ingredients

    2 Egg Whites beaten until stiff, add sugar and cream of tartar and beat, then add vanilla. Fold in chocolate chips and chopped walnuts. Bake 250 for 13 minutes on a greased pan

Directions

These are a soft cookie. They are best if you beat your egg whites until stiff. Also leave them on the pan to cool, as they are soft and will fall apart if they aren't allowed to cool. Very tasty and hard to eat just one.
