    4 tilapia fish fillets (or any other firm-fleshed fish)
    1/3 cup butter
    1 1/4 tsp lemon juice
    1/4 cup chopped onoin
    1 1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    1 1/4 tsp parsley, finely chopped
    Salt and pepper to taste
    Nonstick spray


Preheat oven to 350. Remove fish fillets from bag. Salt and pepper fish and place in a sprayed 8x8 baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over fish and bake for 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
