Ingredients

    1/4 Cup Uncooked Quick Oatmeal
    1.5 teaspoons Chia Seeds
    1/4 Cup Dannon Oikos Non-Fat Vanilla Greek Yogurt
    1/3 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk (I used the Almond Breeze Almond-Coconut Blend)
    1 Tablespoon Pure Maple Syrup
    1/4 Blueberries (fresh or frozen ok)

Directions

Put all ingredients except blueberries into an 8 oz mason jar. Shake to combine. Add blueberries, replace lid and refrigerate overnight.

Serving Size: Makes single serving
