Hearty vegetable stew. Hearty vegetable stew.
Number of Servings: 8


    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    Broccoli, fresh, 1 cup, chopped
    Cabbage, fresh, 2 cup, chopped
    Celery, raw, 3 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long)
    *Yams, 2 cup, cubes
    Parsley, .25 cup
    Kale, 1 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 2 clove
    Fennel seed, 1 tbsp
    Bay Leaf, 1 tbsp, crumbled
    Vegetable Broth, 4 cup
    Salt & Pepper (to taste)


Pre-cook oninon, celery and garlic until translucent. Broil yam or sweet potato pieces to get a little char.


Add all ingredients to pot, boil, then simmer until veggies are tender.
