Introduction

Ingredients

    4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
    1 can (12 oz.) Ginger ale
    2 cloves Garlic, minced
    1 Orange, sliced

Tips

I use Vernor's Ginger Ale but, being outside of Michigan, it can be difficult to find. The best ginger ales to use are ones made with real ginger rather than ginger flavoring.


Directions

Place chicken breasts in slow cooker. Add minced garlic and pour ginger ale over both. Cover with orange slices and place lid on slow cooker. Let it cook for 6 - 8 hours on low or 2 - 4 hours on high.
