    15.5 oz Cannellini Beans/White Kidney Beans
    4oz- 112g - 16 Shrimp
    .5 cup ,Carrots, raw, chopped
    1 tbsp Parkay
    1 tbsp Cilantro, dried,
    .25 cup slices Mushrooms, fresh,
    1tsp/5g, 1 serving soup base chicken


Cook and peel shrimp. Chop if wanted.
Drain and rinse beans. Boil carrots in water and soup base, add beans. With a stick blender pureed mixture. Add shrimp and mushroom. Simmer till mushrooms are cooked. Finish with parkay.
