    1lb lean ground beef (browned)
    1/2 a green bell pepper diced
    1 medium onion diced
    3 cloves garlic minced
    1 can red kidney beans drained and rinsed
    1 can low sodium diced tomatoes including liquid
    1 Tbsp chili powder
    1/2 tsp cumin
    1/4 tsp salt


you can always add low fat shredded cheddar cheese before serving for an ooey gooey yummy meal


Serving Size: 6 servings

Brown the meat and onions in a pan
add it to the crock pot
add all other ingredients and cook on low for 8-10 hours
stir once in a while if you can
