    1 yellow cake mix with pudding in mix
    1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
    1/2 cup water
    2 eggs
    1- 11 ox can mandarin oranges undrained

    2- 3 oz boxes instant sugar free vanilla pudding
    1- 20 ox can crushed pineapple undrained
    1-8 oz Fat Free Cool Whip


Mix for three minutes on low cake mix, applesauce, water, eggs and oranges. Put in 9X13 pan sprayed with cooking spray. Bake @ 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Cool completely.
Topping: Stir together vanilla pudding and undrained pineapple. Fold in cool whip. Top cake. Refrigerate
