    Jello Sugar Free/Fat Free Chocolate Instant Pudding (will need 2 cups of skim milk)
    3 tbsp reduced fat peanut butter
    3 tbsp skim milk
    1 cup cool whip free
    1 pie crust (80 calorie version)


Bake pie crust if necessary.
Combine peanut butter and milk together until well-mixed. Add cup of cool whip and mix until creamy.
Prepare pudding according to package.
Pour half of pudding into pie crust. Add layer of peanut butter mousse mixture. Add rest of chocolate pudding on top. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or more. Makes 8 servings.
