    - Agave Nectar (Wholesome Organic Blue Agave), 48 tbsp
    - Ocean Spray Craisins, 0.55 cup
    - Butter, unsalted, 1.75 cup
    - Bob's Red Mill Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal, 4 Tbsp. (w/ 8 tbsp/ water)
    - Vanilla Extract, 2 tsp
    - Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, enriched, calcium-fortified, 4 cup
    - Baking Soda, 2 tsp
    - Cinnamon, ground, 3 tsp
    - Quaker Oats - Quick 1 Minute - Dry, 6 cup

I use the flaxseed instead of eggs, but I guess you can use 4 eggs instead.

Preheat the oven to 375 F. In a large bowl blend together the butter, softened, and the agave. Then add and mix together the rest of the ingredients, leaving the oats and craisins for last. Then just cook the way one normally would cookies.

Serving Size: makes around 80 cookies
