Number of Servings: 6


    12 cups water
    2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1 large onion,diced
    1 cup diced celery
    1 pod garlic, sliced
    2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
    1.5 cups jasmine rice
    salt and pepper to taste
    dash cayenne pepper (optional)


Add chicken, onion, celery, garlic and salt & pepper to water and cook until done (40-60 min) Remove chicken and add mushrooms and rice. Cook an additional 20 minutes. Add chicken and serve
