    1 Large can or 3 cups of diced Petite Tomatoes or Stewed Tomatoes
    1 Cup of raw Carrots or baby carrots
    1 medium Onion or scallions
    2 Cans of Green Beans (cut or french style) or 1 bag of frozen
    1 box of Vegetable Broth
    3 Chicken bullion cubes or 1 tube of Knorr chicken stock
    1 lbs Ground Turkey


Spray the bottom of a dutch oven or stock pot with Pam and brown the ground turkey then add all the raw vegetables and soften them for about 3 to 4 mins then add the tomatoes, vegetable broth, bullion cubes and green beans. Simmer for 15 mins and enjoy.
