Introduction

Ingredients

    1 cup sugar
    1/3 cup unsalted butter
    2 eggs
    3 ripe bananas
    1 tps vanilla extract
    2 cups flour
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp baking powder




Tips

You can add whatever you like to this, if you like nuts, chocolate chips etc. Make it yours, this is a basic recipe. :)


Directions

Mix wet and combine well, then add flour and baking powder/soda and incorporate quickly. Mixing tool long will result in a chewy texture.

Bake at 350*F
Muffins bake ~20 min
Loaf will bake ~ 60 min
or until lightly browned and toothpick comes out clean.

Serving Size: Makes 1 loaf or 12 muffins
