Ingredients

    Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup, shredded (remove)
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Butter, unsalted, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Flour, whole grain, 25 grams (remove)
    Milk, 2%, 1.5 cup (remove)
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices (remove)
    Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
    *Brown Rice, long grain, 1 cup (remove)
    Garlic 3 cloves crushed

Tips

I also added some nutmeg and bell peppers.


Directions

Heat a oil , butter and garlic in a saucepan and make a rough by adding the flour. Add mushroom and saute for couple of minutes. Add milk stirring constantly and bring it to a boil. Switch off the heat add cheese and salt and let the cheese melt. Add cooked brown rice and stir to combine.
