Number of Servings: 10


    6 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw
    0.5 tsp Salt
    .25 cup Mayonnaise, regular (mayo)
    1.5 tsp unpacked Brown Sugar
    1.5 tbsp Cider Vinegar


Boil the potatoes for 20-25 minutes.
Mix all the other ingredients in a fry pan on low heat, add in the potatoes, when suitably crispy, eat!
