    Walnuts, 1 oz (14 halves)
    Pecans, 1 oz (20 halves)
    Pumpkin Seeds, 1 oz (85 seeds)
    Sunflower Seeds, without salt, 1 oz
    *Coconut, shredded sweetened, 2 tbsp
    Almonds, 1 oz (24 whole kernels)
    Cashews, Raw, 1 oz


Place all items in food processor, pulse several times. Store in air-tight container or snack-size zip bags, use in place of granola.

Serving Size: 4 1/2 cup servings
