    Pink Salmon (fish), 1 fillet (12 oz)
    Sake, 4 fl oz
    Garlic, 3 cloves
    Sesame Oil, 2 1tsp
    *Soy Sauce, .25 cup
    Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, pieces or slices
    Salt and Pepper to taste


Marinate the salmon and mushrooms for 30-45 minutes.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Put in an oven safe dish and bake.

Serving Size: Makes 3 4oz servings, plus mushrooms
