Introduction

These cookies are very healthy. You get 2 for about 100 calories. Not bad at all. You can add or remove ingredients to your heart's content. I dont put the chocolate on. Enjoy !! Ingredients

    Puree the canned chick peas with about 1/2 cup water, freeze the rest in 1/2 cup portions.
    Put all the dry ingredients in one bowl, wet ingredients in another, mix together.
    Spray with Pam or other a cookie sheet, drop tablespoons of the mixture, bake for 15 to 20 minutes (more 20) til golden.
    Melt the chocolate in microwave for about 20 seconds, put in a plastic bag. Cut hole and drizzle on the cooled cookies. Voila !!
