    3/4 cup all purpose flour
    1/4 cup milled flax seed
    1/4 tsp sale
    2/4 tsp baking soda
    2 overripe bananas, mashed
    1 egg
    6 tbs unsweetened applesauce
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    1/4 cup chopped walnuts


Heat oven to 375, Mix flour, flax, soda, and salt. In another bowl, mix bananas and sugar thoroughly. Add the applesauce, egg, and vanilla, and beat this well. Add the flour mixture to this and mix just until it is incorporated. Fold in the nuts. Pour into greased muffin tins and bake for about 20 minutes.
